Sana Rahim has worked in various roles in the Human Resources and People Operations fields since 2010. Sana began their career as Co-Director at Global Engagement Summit in 2010, followed by a Tony Blair Faiths Act Fellow role at Tony Blair Faith Foundation in 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Call Center Operations Supervisor and Management Trainee at McMaster-Carr, and then as a Sales Operations Manager and Warehouse Operations Manager in 2014. From 2017-2018, they held roles at UCLA Anderson School of Management as an Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Student Advisor, Leadership Development Consultant and Executive Coach, and Teaching Assistant, as well as a Communications Intern at UNDP. In 2019, they were a People Operations Manager and Senior People Operations Manager at Freckle by Renaissance, and in 2020 they were a Director of People and Culture and Senior Manager of Employee Experience & Culture at Renaissance Learning. Currently, they are working as Head of HR Business Partners and Senior Human Resources Business Partner & Senior People Programs Lead at brightwheel.
Sana Rahim has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and English from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Organizational Development from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
