Luis Contreras has worked in a variety of roles in the past few years. In 2022, they began working as a Go-to-Market Sales Specialist and Customer Engagement Specialist for Brightwheel. In this role, they managed a portfolio of accounts, upsold existing customers, and retained over 99% of customers month after month. In 2021, they worked as a Sales Consultant for Pella Windows and Doors of Boston, where they conducted sales meetings with prospective customers and contracted over 30% of total consultations. In 2020, they worked at Apple in three different roles: Business Expert, Specialist, and Sales Chat Specialist. As a Business Expert, they lead sales briefings and managed a book of business. As a Specialist, they provided tailored solutions to customers and achieved top 3 in lead generation. As a Sales Chat Specialist, they advised and assisted customers in pre-sales web chat support. Finally, in 2018, they worked as a Music Program Director for West End House, leading a team of music instructors, volunteers, and youth development professionals to provide music education to at-risk youth.

Luis Contreras completed an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Music from Miami Dade College between 2012 and 2015. Luis then attended Berklee College of Music from 2015 to 2018, earning a Bachelor of Music in Contemporary Writing and Production.
