Leia Gott has worked in the customer service and sales industry since 2012. Leia began their career as a Sales Consultant and Mentor at CarMax in 2012. In 2017, they were promoted to Sales Manager and Customer Service Manager at CarMax, where they managed a team of 10-15 associates in a call center atmosphere and lead teams to achieve sales, ensure efficiency, and be successful in their FY focus areas. In 2019, they worked at Gott + Associates as a Customer Experience Support, where they supported any client-based processes and needs. In 2020, they joined AndAlways as a Product Support Lead, where they resolved 10,000+ support tickets while maintaining a 4.97 customer satisfaction score YTD. Currently, they are a Customer Success Manager at brightwheel, where they manage a running portfolio of 100+ accounts and takes strategic, timely actions to move them through the brightwheel platform implementation process.
Leia Gott earned a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Stirling in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Illinois State University in 2008 for General Studies.
