Raven Ward is the VP of Client Services & Implementation at Brightwell since December 2024, previously serving as Senior Director of Solutions and Implementations at Splitit from 2022 to 2024. Raven's extensive experience includes roles at Paymentus, where a Merchant Onboarding Team was established under directorship, leading significant client migrations and developing comprehensive training programs. Raven has also held senior managerial positions at Jack Henry & Associates, Fiserv, and InterPoynt, LLC, focusing on client support and implementations. Education was completed at Georgia State University from 2004 to 2008.
