Mike Trinidad has extensive experience in the landscaping and customer relations industries, currently serving as the Director of Operations at BrightView Landscapes since September 2017, where previous roles included Regional Key Account Manager and Director of Client Relations. Prior to BrightView, Mike held multiple positions at GIRARD ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES INC from July 2007 to August 2017, culminating as Director of Customer Relations, focusing on sales maximization and customer experience enhancement. Earlier in the career, Mike worked at RLC Landscaping from July 1995 to July 2007, demonstrating leadership as Satellite Branch Manager and honing skills in employee training and development. Mike's first professional role was as Quality Trainer at United Parcel Service from June 1992 to August 1995. Education was obtained from Florida International University.
