Christina Moniodis, PHR, SHRM-CP, started their work experience in 2006 as a Business Development & Strategic Marketing Intern at Northrop Grumman. In 2007, they became a Partnered Staffing Recruiter at Kelly Services and held this role until 2009. From 2009 onwards, they worked as a Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Brightview Senior Living. In this role, they collaborated with management to identify personnel needs, conducted candidate searches, evaluated candidates, and provided selection insight to hiring managers.

Christina Moniodis, PHR, SHRM-CP, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business-Marketing from the University of Maryland, which they completed from 2003 to 2007. Prior to attending the University of Maryland, they attended Perry Hall High School. In addition to their degree, Moniodis has obtained professional certifications including the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2014, and the SHRM-CP from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in February 2015.
