Tiffany Jones is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations at BrightView since December 2022. In this role, Tiffany develops and enforces company procedures to meet various accreditation standards, oversees community relations, and is responsible for the organization’s managerial and operational planning. Prior to BrightView, Tiffany held the position of Practice Administrator at Bay Area Psychological Consultants, where responsibilities included financial management and staffing coordination. Previously, Tiffany was the Operations Manager at FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers, contributing to the successful transition to a franchise model and implementing various operational policies. Tiffany began the career as a Revenue Cycle Manager at Dynamic Pain & Wellness, establishing a robust revenue cycle infrastructure.
