Steve Machuca is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems administration and support. Currently serving as a Senior Support Systems Specialist at BrightStar Credit Union since January 2022, Steve previously worked as a Sales Engineer at Exclusive Networks for a brief period in 2021. Prior to that, Steve held the position of Senior Systems Administrator at the University of Miami, where responsibilities included maintaining the clinical Citrix environment for the medical campus. Steve's early career also includes significant experience at the University of Miami as a Systems Administrator, overseeing a large number of systems across multiple campuses, and as a Computer Operator for the Miami Dade County 11th Judicial Circuit Courts. Steve began professional endeavors as an Office Assistant while completing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems at Florida International University.
