Ashley Eiserman

Chief People Officer And VP Of Operations at BrightStar Care

Ashley Eiserman has a diverse work experience across various industries. In 2003, they began their career at Cowley's Piggly Wiggly as a Customer Service/Grocery Supervisor, where they supervised employees, provided excellent customer service, and managed inventory. Ashley then interned at the UW-Platteville Education Abroad Office, where they focused on marketing and outreach for study abroad programs.

In 2011, Eiserman joined Monroe Clinic as a Human Resources Assistant, supporting employees and assisting with scheduling interviews. Ashley also worked as an Assistant Manager Trainee at Blain Supply during this time.

From 2013 to 2016, Eiserman served as the Human Resources Manager/Store Manager at Cowley's Piggly Wiggly, overseeing day-to-day operations, HR functions, and customer service for two locations.

In 2016, Eiserman joined BrightStar Care as an HR Recruiter and later became the Human Resources Director, responsible for recruitment and managing HR operations. Ashley then held the positions of Chief People Officer and VP of Operations, focusing on personnel management and operational strategies.

Eiserman joined BrightStar Care Of St. Paul in 2019 as the Chief People Officer and VP of Operations, before transitioning to their current role as a VP of Field Operations at Empower Services Group of Minnesota in 2022.

In 2021, they briefly served as the Director of Operations at Caring Transitions Twin Cities South. Eiserman's skills include HR management, operations, leadership, recruitment, and customer service.

Ashley Eiserman obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. Ashley pursued this degree from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, Ashley briefly attended the American Institute of International Education in 2010, where they furthered their studies in Spanish and Business.
