Mike May is the President and Owner of Brightspot Incentives & Events, an award-winning agency established in 2001 that specializes in serving Fortune 1000 and mid-market clients with a focus on creativity and customer commitment. Between 2013 and 2020, Mike served as a Trustee and held the position of Chairman of the Board for The Incentive Research Foundation, contributing to influential research in incentive travel and motivational meetings. Prior experience includes serving as Regional Vice President at NationsRent, where revenue grew significantly under Mike's management, and Vice President at Internet America during its rapid expansion as a leading internet service provider. Mike holds a BBA and a Master's degree from Baylor University.
