Thomas Neff has extensive experience in product management, starting as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Corbett Company in 2008 before moving to Phase2 in 2011. At Phase2, they served as an Associate Product Manager, leading requirements gathering and analysis activities, before transitioning to Brightspot in 2019. At Brightspot, Thomas progressed from Product Manager to Senior Product Manager and eventually the Principal Product Manager, specializing in leading cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge digital solutions for enterprise clients. Through their strategic vision and commitment to innovation, they have consistently exceeded client expectations and driven business growth.

Thomas Neff graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2011.
