Matthew Heslin is currently the Managing Director Head of Debt Capital Markets at BrightSpire Capital, Inc. Matthew has experience in securitization of whole loans into Commercial Real Estate CLOs, screening loan originations, managing whole loan warehouse lines, obtaining financing for commercial real estate properties, and managing CRE CLOs. Prior to their current role, Matthew worked as an Associate Analyst at Moody's Investors Service and held positions at BNY Mellon, RAIT Financial Trust, and ZAIS Group, LLC. Matthew graduated from Villanova University in 2008 with a Bachelor's degree in Biology.
