Glenn also served as the Director of Professional Services/Customer Success and Enterprise Delivery Executive at Turbonomic, where they led software platform implementations and enabled cloud infrastructure workflows for major clients.

Earlier in their career, Glenn held positions at Global Broadband Solutions, LLC, where they were the Executive Director of Operations, and at Verizon, where they held various director-level roles. At Verizon, they achieved significant accomplishments such as maintaining high availability of applications, implementing virtualized server infrastructure, directing data and system security compliance programs, and leading cross-functional teams for complex projects.
