Nourhan El-Bakly has work experience as a Senior Java Developer at Brightskies since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Advansys ESC as a Senior Java Developer from January 2016 to March 2020. Before that, they were a Java Software Developer at Alfaris ICT from January 2014 to December 2015.

Nourhan El-Bakly completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Digital Media Engineering and Technology from The German University in Cairo from the years 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended the New English School of Kuwait and obtained their IGCSE degree from 2005 to 2008. Nourhan also attended the International Academy of Kuwait for a year from 2004 to 2005. Nourhan'searlier education includes attending Sacred Heart Catholic School from 1998 to 2001 and Saint Nicholas School in Liverpool, UK, from 1996 to 1997.

Nourhan El-Bakly has obtained additional certifications such as the Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer from Oracle in December 2017, the Certificate in Personal Effectiveness from Ibrahim AlAshy in July 2017, and the Applications of Constraint Programming Course from Ulm University in November 2010.
