Hazem Moustafa started their work experience in 2020 as a Trainee at Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST) for one month. Hazem then had a short internship at Raya Information Technology and Cisco. Hazem also worked as a Telco Cloud Engineer intern at Orange, where they received intensive training on SD-WAN technology. In 2021, they worked as a Linux System Administrator at the Information Technology Institute (ITI) for two months. In 2022, Hazem joined Eventum IT Solutions as a Network Engineer and later joined Brightskies as an HPC Systems Engineer. Hazem is currently working at Brightskies. Additionally, from 2015 to 2020, Hazem was a member of OC & MIM committees at F.O.E (STP): Success Training Programmes.

Hazem Moustafa completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering, Alexandria University by the year 2020. Apart from their formal education, Hazem has also obtained various certifications in different fields. These include the Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) from Red Hat in February 2022, HCIA Routing and Switching and HCIA WLAN from Huawei Technologies in October 2020, and Cybersecurity Essentials from Cisco in September 2020. Additionally, Hazem has completed several online courses and certifications related to IT support, cybersecurity, programming, and AWS fundamentals from institutions such as Coursera, Cisco Networking Academy, and Coursera.
