Adam Schoenling is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at BrightPet since August 2023. Prior to this role, Adam held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Baxters North America from April 2018 to August 2023. Adam's extensive background includes serving as Vice President of Human Resources at EMCOR Facilities Services and multiple positions at GE Aviation, including Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the Finance and Legal Divisions and various site management roles. Adam holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carnegie Mellon University.
