Michele Sierra possesses extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Brighton Center since August 2010, where Michele has also held the roles of Director of Administration and Human Resources Director. Prior to this, Michele worked at Target from June 2005 to January 2010 as Executive Team Leader of Human Resources, and briefly at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2004 as a Management Trainee Intern. Michele holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at San Antonio, which was completed from 2003 to 2005, and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, achieved between 2012 and 2015.
