Henrik Engstam Phalén is currently the CEO and Partner at Brightmill, a recruitment company specializing in interim management. Previously, Henrik was the Managing Director (CEO) at Enecto AB and a Business Area Director at Cybercom Group. Henrik has also held positions at Lotus Development, ABB, and AstraZeneca, gaining extensive experience in IT management and program management. Henrik holds a B.S. in Systems Analysis from the University of Gothenburg.
