Milana Miković has a diverse work experience. Milana started their career in 2017 by working as a Spa Concierge at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C for three months. In the same year, they also worked as a .NET Developer at NS WEB DEVELOPMENT LLC NOVI SAD for two years. In 2019, Milana joined Crowded Room Studio as a .NET Developer, where they worked for almost a year. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at BrightMarbles, starting from November 2020.

Milana Miković obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Economics in Subotica. Milana studied at the university from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, Milana obtained the CILS 2 certification in Italian as a foreign language from the Università per Stranieri di Siena in December 2012.
