Mike Carroll is the Founder and Principal Consultant at Brightly, a company dedicated to helping businesses enhance their IT strategies with a focus on efficiency, security, and sustainable growth since November 2016. In addition to this role, Mike serves as the IT Manager (vCIO service) at Heart Foundation NZ and previously worked as IS Manager under a contract from April 2018 to January 2019, contributing to the organization’s mission against heart disease. Prior experience includes serving as IT Manager at Bauer Media Group (NZ) from June 2009 to July 2016, Infrastructure Services Manager at ACP Media, and various leadership positions at Eagle Technology and North Shore City Council. Mike holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from The University of Auckland, earned between 1996 and 1999.
