Madison Sorah started their work experience in 2013 as an intern at Red Light Public Relations, where they supported account executives and the showroom director with various tasks. They then progressed to the role of Assistant Account Executive, primarily responsible for monitoring samples and creating agendas. Afterward, they became an Account Executive at the same company, coordinating media coverage and managing social media platforms.

In 2014, Madison joined Small Girls PR as a Media Specialist, focusing on strategic planning and targeted media coverage. They later transitioned into the role of Account Executive, conducting media outreach and generating coverage for fashion and beauty clients. They also worked as a freelance publicist, developing launch strategies and managing client communication for the winter shoe accessory Mynxx.

Most recently, Madison Sorah joined Brightline as a Junior Software Engineer, where they worked on improving the Brightline UI to meet accessibility criteria. They also developed a centralized platform for automated CSV processing and reporting.
