Stephanie Sanchez has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Stephanie currently holds the position of Vice President at Brightline Dealer Advisors since December 2021. Before that, they worked at Ally as an Area Growth Leader from April 2018 to December 2021 and as a Sr. Regional Dealer Development Specialist from October 2018 to April 2021.
Prior to their time at Ally, Stephanie worked at Morrie's Automotive Group/Genesis Hyundai as a New Car Sales Manager/Finance from February 2017 to July 2018. Stephanie also gained experience at Polar Chevrolet Mazda, where they held the roles of Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, and GM Customer Experience from February 2015 to December 2016.
Stephanie's earlier work experience includes being a Business Development Manager at Main Motor Chevrolet from September 2013 to February 2015. Stephanie also served as a P.R.O Sergeant at the police department from August 2010 to May 2014 and as an Officer at the State of Minnesota from January 2010 to May 2011. Before that, they worked as an Officer at Hennepin County from March 2005 to January 2010.
Additionally, Stephanie has experience as a Jailer at the Isanti County Sheriff's Office from January 2007 to June 2009. Stephanie also owned and operated a retail store called Legacy Scrapbooking from February 2002 to December 2004, which they successfully sold to a local company.
Stephanie Sanchez obtained their high school diploma from Rosemount Sr. High in 1990. In 1989 and 1990, they attended Inver Hills Community College, where they studied Political Science and Government. In the years 2005 to 2006, they pursued an Associate of Arts degree in Criminology from North Hennepin Community College. Following that, from 2006 to 2007, Stephanie earned an Associate of Arts degree in Law Enforcement Intelligence Analysis from Minneapolis College.
In terms of higher education, Stephanie attended Concordia University-St. Paul from 2021 to 2023. During this time, they focused on studying Organizational Leadership and obtained a degree in the same field.
Stephanie also holds several additional certifications. In 2008, they obtained the BCA Intox Operator certification from the MN BCA, as well as the Taser Certification. In 2007, Stephanie obtained the BCA Query Certification from the Minnesota BCA and the First Responder Certification from the MN Emergency Medical Services Reg. Board. In 2006, they obtained the FEMA Emergency Management certification from FEMA. It is also worth noting that Stephanie obtained the AFIP certification from AFIP in November 2019.
