Chrissy Jackson has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and youth services industries. Chrissy has held various roles throughout their career, including Director of Talent Acquisition at Brightli since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Burrell Behavioral Health as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Assistant Director of Youth Services from 2019 to 2023. Chrissy also had a brief role as Assistant Director of Youth Services at Youth Bridge in 2019. From 2015 to 2019, Chrissy worked at Youth Bridge, Inc. in multiple roles, including Area Leader/Education Coordinator, Residential Services Manager, and Programs Coordinator. Chrissy began their career in the healthcare field at Piney Ridge Center as a Mental Health Tech in 2002 and later worked as a Psychiatric Assistant at Arkansas State Hospital in 2003. Overall, Chrissy has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, youth services, and program coordination throughout their professional journey.

Chrissy Jackson has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University. Chrissy also has some education in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from the University of Arkansas, and some education from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
