Niharika Naidu has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Niharika started their career as a Unix System Administrator at IBM India Pvt Ltd in 2010 and worked there until 2014. Niharika then joined CNO Financial Group as a Senior Software Engineer in 2014 and stayed until 2015. After that, they worked at IBM as an Automation Specialist from 2015 to 2017. Niharika then joined Vodafone as a Deputy Manager - Devops from 2017 to 2019. Niharika then worked at Ivy Comptech as a Development Team Lead from 2019 to 2021. Currently, they are working as a Devops Tech Lead at BrightInsight starting from 2021.

Niharika Naidu earned a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from the Institute of Aeronautical Engineering, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
