Anna Semenchuk is currently working at brightfin as the Technical Support Team Lead since May 2021. Prior to this, Anna was a L2 Support Engineer at Brightfin. From August 2019 to April 2021, Anna worked at MobiChord as a Support Engineer. Before that, Anna was at Hexa from July 2017 to July 2019 as a Customer Support Specialist. Anna graduated from Kyiv National Linguistics University in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in teaching English language and literature. At their current role, Anna assists customers through Zendesk chat, phone, and email, handling technical and billing issues, as well as processing and tracking orders.
