Michael Coghlan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the banking and consulting sectors. Currently serving as the Executive Director at MainStreet Bank since May 2023, Michael has also been the CEO and Board member of Verdigris Capital since June 2017, where the focus is on building a technology-led bank to serve the unbanked and underbanked populations. Previously, Michael held leadership roles including CEO at BrightFi and Karrikin, as well as Managing Director at S&TA. Noteworthy achievements include leading a significant turnaround of a loss-making business at Limehouse Consulting & Strategy Ltd and overseeing large-scale change programs at Westpac and Lloyds Banking Group. Michael holds a Pg Dip in Information Management from Queen's University Belfast and an MBA from The Open University.
