Josef Jukl

Director, Sales & Strategy at Brighten Digital

Josef Jukl has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Josef started their career at ČEZ as a Senior Expert in Human Resources from 2006 to 2008. Josef then joined Česká pošta as a Manager of Learning & Development, where they were responsible for a team of 23 training and development specialists and trainers. Josef implemented various projects and programs related to performance management, sales development, and leadership development.

Afterwards, Josef worked at CSOB as an Operations Manager in the Competence Center. Josef was responsible for the SAP Competence Centre, including budgeting, planning, and vendor management. Josef also served as a project manager for the SAP HR implementation project.

Following their tenure at CSOB, Josef joined Plzeňský Prazdroj as a Sales Manager, Key Account Director, and Senior Key Account Manager. During this time, they managed key accounts in the retail and wholesale channels and played a crucial role in developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating trade terms, and conducting business account reviews.

Their next position was at Kiwi.com as a Program Leader in the People & Culture department. In this role, Josef focused on performance management, employee engagement, organizational development, data analytics, and planning and reporting for the senior leadership team.

Most recently, Josef Jukl has taken on the role of Director of Sales Strategy at Brighten Digital in 2024.

From 2002 to 2006, Josef Jukl attended Anglo-American University in Prague. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology.
