Rúbrio Nóbrega has extensive work experience in the field of product design and multimedia. Rúbrio began their career at Proinov - Consultoria em Gestão, Formação e Multimédia, Lda in 2006, where they worked as a Graphic and Multimedia Designer. During their time there, they were responsible for designing corporate and communication materials, editorial design, and illustration. In addition, they also took on the role of a Trainer, teaching multimedia courses on various topics such as vector drawing, digital image editing, and 2D/multimedia animation.

Rúbrio Nóbrega completed their education from 2002 to 2006 at Universidade da Madeira, earning a Licentiate degree in Design. In the same year, they also obtained a Diploma in Basic Skills in Information Technology from the same institution. In 2010, they furthered their professional training in Health and Safety at Work at Proinov, Lda. In 2016, they participated in a workshop on Facebook and Social Networks at Proinov, Lda. Additionally, in the same year, they attended a workshop on Startups Factory organized by CEIM and Nova School of Business and Economics.
