Relida Yorkell has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Relida began their career at CVS Health in 2006 as a Training Store Manager, where they balanced managing a CVS/Pharmacy store with training and developing upcoming Store managers. Relida received recognition as Store Manager of the year twice during their time at CVS Health. Relida then joined Global Partners LP in 2016 as a District Manager, where they led 16 Store Managers in talent development and operational excellence. Relida also played a key role in the change management of acquiring Occonell's stores. At Global Partners LP, they later transitioned to the role of Human Resources Recruiter, managing recruiting for store and corporate positions and implementing the Workday recruiting system. Additionally, they served as the Talent Development Manager, leading the creation and scaling of a Store training program and implementing learning management systems. Most recently, Relida joined Brightcove in 2021 as the Director of People Operations, responsible for driving organizational change and providing data-driven business solutions. Relida owned global strategic guidance on People and organizational issues while overseeing Talent Acquisition Operations and scaling the End to End process globally.

Relida Yorkell attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2001 to 2003. During this period, they pursued a field of study in Business Administration and Management, with no specific mention of a degree obtained.
