Britton Lankford started their career in 2005 as a Retail Leasing professional at Cross Development. Britton then joined Century 21 Judge Fite Commercial in 2009 as a Retail Manager, where they worked until 2011. Since 2011, Britton has been serving as the Senior Vice President at Bright Realty.

Britton Lankford obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Biology, General from The University of Texas at Austin, which they attended from 1992 to 1996.
