Ritwik Saraswat has over five years of work experience in project management and engineering roles. Ritwik is currently a Project Engineer at Stanford Health Care, where they started in December 2022. Prior to this, Ritwik worked as an Assistant Project Manager at Bright Power, Inc. from November 2021 to the present. In this role, they managed various aspects of project management including scope, schedule, design, construction, and occupancy. Ritwik also interfaced with clients, conducted RFPs, and analyzed bids. Before that, Ritwik worked as an Assistant Project Manager at QCM, Inc. from January 2021 to October 2021. Ritwik assisted in managing a federal project for the US Department of Defense, handling tasks such as creating daily logs, reviewing shop drawings, and coordinating operations. Ritwik also worked as a Project Intern at ECS Limited from October 2020 to December 2020, where they performed field inspections and prepared reports. Ritwik was also a Graduate Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Arlington from February 2020 to September 2020, working on a research project for TXDOT. Ritwik's earlier experience includes working as a Project Engineer at Aman Construction from July 2017 to July 2019, managing residential and commercial construction projects.

Ritwik Saraswat obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Gujarat Technological University (GTU) between 2014 and 2017. Ritwik then pursued a Master's degree in Construction Management at The University of Texas at Arlington from 2019 to 2021.

In terms of additional certifications, Ritwik obtained the OSHA 30-Hr Outreach Training for the Construction Industry from the U.S. Department of Labor in April 2021. Ritwik also received the Procore Certification for Project Manager (Core Tools) from Procore Technologies in April 2021. Ritwik became a Construction Manager in Training through the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) in August 2020. Additionally, they acquired a Procore Certification from Procore Technologies in June 2020. Lastly, Ritwik is in the process of obtaining a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Specific dates for this certification are not available.
