Ana Ferreira is an experienced professional in the field of human resources and communication, currently serving as the People and Communication Manager at Bright Pixel Capital since March 2017, where responsibilities include supporting investment activities and managing internal and external communication as well as HR core processes. Prior roles include managing training development at Sonae MC and training management at the Sonae Lean Training Centre, in addition to earlier positions as a Human Resources Technician and trainee in various companies. Ana holds a Master's degree in Work, Organizations, and Human Resource Psychology from Universidade do Minho and has completed several professional development programs, including a recent M&A Readyâ„¢ Development Program by Mercer.
