Tal Bonfis currently serves as VP of Performance Marketing at Bright Mountain Media and as Founder of Balance Tech, which focuses on in-house advertising solutions. Previously, Tal held multiple leadership roles at Oceanside Media from September 2019 to March 2023, including CEO and COO. At S&W Media Group from April 2015 to March 2023, Tal also served as CEO, COO, Director of the Video department, Team leader of Video operations, and Campaign Manager. Tal began a career at Marimedia Ltd. as a Campaign Manager from June 2014 to April 2015.
