Samridh Singh is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as a Sous Chef at Bright Hospitality Private Limited since June 2022. Prior to this role, Samridh worked at Taj Hotels from November 2020 to October 2022 as a Chef De Partie, following an internship as a trainee. Samridh holds a B.A. (Hons) in Indian/European kitchen from the Institute of Hotel Management in Aurangabad, completed between 2017 and 2021.
