Rebecca Pike currently serves as the Associate Director of Recruiting and Outreach at Brigham Young University, overseeing undergraduate outreach, recruiting, and marketing initiatives for BYU-Provo. With extensive experience in educational design and development, Rebecca has held various roles including Program Architect, creating programs for underrepresented groups, and Consultant at Wavetronix, where advisory work focused on curriculum development. Previous positions include L&D Training Specialist and Senior Developer, contributing to the development of learning programs for educational institutions and organizations. Rebecca holds a Master's degree in Instructional Psychology and Technology from Brigham Young University and has furthered education through an international study program at the University of Oxford.
