Katie Ritzman has extensive experience in public relations and customer service, having worked at HESA Nonprofit since April 2018 and at Briggs Healthcare since August 2014. Prior roles include a position as CES III at Submittal Exchange from September 2011 to January 2014 and as CSR II at Briggs Medical Supply Company from September 2006 to February 2011. Katie also founded and managed A Perfect Fit from 2000 to 2006, demonstrating entrepreneurial skills and leadership.
