LANOE Vincent has extensive experience in emergency medical services and clinical research, serving as an Infirmier - Attaché de recherche clinique with the Brigade des sapeurs pompiers de Paris (BSPP) since November 1996. Additionally, LANOE has been a Formateur aux gestes et soins d'urgence with CESU 75 / association Transfaire since 2009 and worked as a Formateur en simulation médicale with Emergensim/Ecole Européenne de Chirurgie from 2010 until September 2017. Educational qualifications include a DIU CESAM in applied statistics for medicine and biology, a DIU FARC in clinical research, and a State diploma in nursing from Ecole du personnel paramédical des armées.
