Herbert Severin, MBA, CGBP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Herbert started their career in 2001 as the Director of Service Integration at Preferred Voice, Inc., where they established new account management and product-to-market strategies.

In 2002, they worked as a Sales Executive Consultant and Strategist at QuickRamp, leading multiple engagements in sales process development and market alignment. Herbert also validated strategic business services for Fortune 500 companies.

From 2003 to 2006, Herbert served as a Category Manager, Sourcing Manager, Factory Auditor, and Spend Analyst at Aeroxchange, where they established the in-flight category for the sourcing services division. Herbert implemented global sourcing strategies and maintained an average project savings percentage of 27%.

At WatchGuard Video from 2006 to 2009, Herbert founded and managed the Business Development department, achieving a 30% increase in domestic sales within four months. Herbert also led the global distribution network, resulting in a revenue increase of 120% ($22M) in 18 months.

From 2009 to 2011, Herbert was the President of Tactical Leadership, a small business consulting company focused on deployment barriers within early and execution stage businesses. Herbert took on title-bearing roles within client companies and was responsible for plan development, deployment, and change management.

In 2011, Herbert joined COPsync, Inc. as the Executive Vice President, leading the functional disciplines of Marketing, Communications, and Business Development. Herbert successfully launched several products and established strategic relationships with organizations such as the National Crime Prevention Council.

From 2018 to the present, Herbert has held various roles, including President at DigitalBlue Software, LLC., Chief Operating Officer/Implementer at DBG Advisors, and Consultant at 8 Figure Agency. In these positions, they have focused on growth consulting, re-branding, and implementing operational processes for scale.

In 2021, Herbert briefly served as the Chief Executive Officer/Integrator at Premier Paving, LTD., where they led the Chapter 11 filing, identified revenue generation opportunities, and led the renegotiation of an IRS matter.

Herbert Severin, MBA, CGBP has a Master of Business Administration degree in International Business from LeTourneau University, completed in 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Pastoral Studies from Central Bible College, where they studied from 1985 to 1988.
