Monica Aggarwal is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Talent Acquisition at Bridging Gaps since August 2023. Prior to this role, Monica held various positions at Skyleaf Consultants LLP from October 2020 to July 2023, including Manager and Lead HR for Non IT divisions, and Sr Consultant HR for Non IT. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at People Pro Consulting from August 2019 to October 2020 and as a Human Resources Executive at HIRING STREET from December 2017 to August 2019. Monica holds two Master of Business Administration degrees in Human Resources Development and Human Resources Management and Services from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies and Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, respectively, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Development from Aravali College of Engineering & Management.
