Sarah (Swanson) Bauer has amassed diverse experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Recruiter and previously as a Human Resources Associate and Intern at Bridgewell since August 2020. Prior to this role, Sarah worked as a Claims Specialist at Public Consulting Group in a temporary position, and gained valuable experience through internships with the Office of Congressman Jim Himes and the Fairfield University Library. In 2018, Sarah contributed as an intern for Fairfield University Russian Studies, and earlier roles included serving as a Kid Zone Instructor and Rock Climbing Instructor at the Boroughs Family Branch YMCA from 2012 to 2016, where responsibilities included organizing activities and ensuring safety. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in History and Russian, Eastern European, Central Asian Studies and a minor in Political Science from Fairfield University, completed in 2019.
