Christy Joy McPherson has extensive experience in church leadership and event planning. Currently serving as Assistant Pastor and Administrative Pastor at BridgeWay Church since November 2017, Christy also handles special events coordination. As a small business owner of Flowers by Christy Joy since January 2012, Christy provides affordable event planning and decorating services. Previously, ownership of Something Borrowed, LLC from August 2013 to September 2022 allowed Christy to focus on budget-friendly event planning in the Denver area. Other roles include Director of Marketing at Colorado School of Kingdom Ministries and Executive Assistant at Colorado Community Church, where Christy assisted in various administrative and creative tasks. An earlier role at Southside Church of the Nazarene involved administrative support and worship leading. Education was completed at Pellissippi State Technical Community College from 1988 to 2000.
