Stephanie H. has extensive work experience in various roles. Stephanie currently works as an Associate Client Support Analyst at Bridgeway Benefit Technologies since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at EMS Technology Solutions, LLC (Operative IQ) from 2014 to 2021. During their time there, they served as a Training and Implementation Manager, managing multiple project implementations simultaneously and providing project updates. Stephanie also worked as a Manager of Accounting and Communication for a short period and as a Marketing Intern. Before joining EMS Technology Solutions, Stephanie worked at Walmart from 2007 to 2011 as a Customer Service representative. Stephanie began their career at SunAmerica Mortgage D.B.A. SunTrust Mortgage in 2003 as a Mortgage Specialist 1, where they worked until 2007.

Stephanie H. attended Kennesaw State University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Communication.
