Amanda Hoit, MS, SHRM-CP, has a wealth of experience in human resources, including roles as Vice President HR at Bridgeview Eye Partners and HR Director at Midwest Eye Consultants. Prior to these roles, Amanda worked as a Regional Recruiter at Harris Rebar and held admissions and marketing positions at Indiana State University and Cardinal Publishers Group. Amanda holds a BA in English and an MS in Human Resource Development from Indiana State University.
