Dwight Specht is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital transformation, data analytics, and technology management. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Transformation & Strategy at Bridgestone Americas since February 2023, Specht is instrumental in shaping the future of the connected mobility ecosystem. Prior to this role, Specht held multiple leadership positions at North Highland, including Vice President of Global Lead Management Consulting and Global Lead Data & Analytics, driving initiatives in agile transformation and enterprise strategy. With a solid foundation as Chief Operating Officer at I.B.I.S., Inc., and Vice President of Technology at ePartners, Specht has a proven track record in managing large teams and delivering complex projects, significantly impacting client satisfaction and revenue growth. Educationally, Specht holds a BA in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Florida Atlantic University.
