Matt Daeges, CFA, currently serves as the Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Bridges Trust since May 2023. Prior to this role, Matt held the position of Senior Manager, Treasury Capital Markets at Charles Schwab from June 2021 to May 2023 and worked as a Balance Sheet Manager at TD Ameritrade from March 2019 to June 2021, where responsibilities included managing a $2B investment portfolio of mortgage-backed securities and hedging interest-rate risk for a $150B balance sheet. Matt's earlier experience includes roles as Director of Institutional Fixed Income and Senior Fixed Income Analyst at First National Bank of Omaha, as well as an Analyst in Financial Strategies at First National Capital Markets and a Business Analyst at Securities America, Inc. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Creighton University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
