Lura Kulhavy has extensive experience in the field of education and human resources, having worked at Bridgepoint Education and Ashford University since 2006 in various roles, including Learning and Development Administrator and Associate Director. Lura is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for new hires in the academics division. Prior to this, Lura held positions at the University of Phoenix, serving as Associate Director of Institutional Assessment and Adjunct Professor, and also worked at the San Diego Natural History Museum as HR Manager and liaison for government relations. Lura holds dual Master's degrees in Organizational Management from both San Diego State University and the University of Phoenix.
