Chinna Williams currently serves as the Lead Strong Fellow at LeaderSpring Center, an on-the-job Fellowship Program aimed at equipping women of color in leadership positions within social sector organizations. In addition, Chinna is the College Programs Manager and 12 Grade Dean at Bridge the Gap College Prep, where responsibilities include overseeing the success of 12th grade and college students and managing scholarship distribution, achieving a college persistence rate of 82% in 2022-2023. As CEO of College Snaxx, a subscription service designed for BIPOC scholars, Chinna continues to support the educational journeys of underrepresented students. Previous experience includes roles at 10,000 Degrees, where Chinna managed college success programs for California State University scholars and oversaw over 600 students. Early in the career, Chinna worked as an Educational Advisor at Pact Inc. and interned with 10,000 Degrees, focusing on college access for historically disadvantaged high school students. Chinna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Ethnic Studies from California State University, East Bay.
