Isabella Foster has over seven years of recruitment experience. In 2016, they began their career as a Recruiter for American Express, where they prioritized work, set expectations with hiring managers and HR partners, and utilized passive and directed sourcing techniques. In 2017, they moved to Sapient Global Markets as a Recruiter, where they onboarded new employees, monitored and applied HR recruiting best practices, and kept candidates updated. In 2019, they took on a role as a Recruitment Consultant for Triangulate LLC, where they designed and implemented an overall recruiting strategy, developed and updated job descriptions and job specifications, and performed job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. In 2020, they were promoted to Senior Recruiter at Bridge, Inc, and in 2023 they took on a role as a Recruitment Consultant (via Bridge, Inc.).

Isabella Foster attended the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management and Business Economics.
