Sean Kim is the Vice President of Bridge Debt Strategies at Bridge Investment Group. Sean has over six years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. Prior to joining Bridge Investment Group, Sean was a Vice President at Rialto Capital, where they were responsible for CMBS originations. Sean has also worked as a CMBS Originations Analyst at Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan. Sean started their career as an Analyst in the Bridge Debt Strategies group at Deloitte Consulting.

Sean Kim attended Flintridge Preparatory School before studying Industrial Engineering & Management Sciences and Economics at Northwestern University, where they earned their BS.

Sean Kim works with Jay Haberman - Managing Director, Bridge Debt Strategies, Mathew Bavoso - Director, Bridge Debt Strategies, and Deepak Peruvemba - Managing Director, Bridge Debt Strategies. Sean Kim reports to James Chung, Partner & Chief Investment Officer, Bridge Debt Strategies, Head of DE&I Committee.
