Robert Goyette

Chief Operations Officer, Bridge Senior Living at Bridge Investment Group

Robert Goyette serves as Chief Operations Officer of Bridge Senior Living. He has an extensive background operating senior living communities over the last 25 years. He has been involved in opening more than 50 senior living communities nationwide and has operated in more than 35 states. Robert’s experience in senior living began with Sterling House Corporation where he opened more than 15 Assisted Living and Memory Care communities throughout the state of Ohio. Robert’s experience also includes working with Morningside Assisted Living where he led the company’s most successful region for more than five years, receiving multiple Leader of the Year awards. In addition, Robert served as the Senior Vice-President of Assisted Living for Elmcroft Senior Living for more than eight years where he led successful divisions through driving sales execution combined with operational efficiency. During his time at Elmcroft Senior Living, he also led the successful transition of a troubled asset portfolio consisting of 32 communities in seven states. Most recently, Robert served in a C-suite role for a national developer and operator of high-end Independent living, Assisted Living and Memory Care communities.

Robert also served in the United States military as a medic where he was awarded the prestigious Expert Field Medical Badge in Fort Hood, Texas. Later in his military career, Robert received his nursing degree and served as a C-141 Starlifter Medical Aero Evacuation Specialist at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. He finished his career in the military by receiving a direct commission as a Medical Services Corp officer and worked in the Tri-Care Department at Wright Patterson Air Force Hospital. Robert also served as adjunct faculty for the first Assisted Living Operations class for the undergraduate Health Care Administration program at Bowling Green University in Bowling Green, KY. Robert also has served as a Board member of the Ohio, Kentucky and Virginia State Assisted Living Associations. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Wilmington College in Wilmington, Ohio and his Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care from David Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN.
